Bluebird Travel Design Services

These terms and conditions summarize the rules and conditions, which govern the contractual agreement between Bluebird domiciled at 126 rue des Roselières, 34970 Lattes n° de Siren 948299482 and its client; that Bluebird provides detailed travel planning services.

These conditions are intended to define the terms of sale of the services presented on the Site between Bluebird and the Customer. They explain all the stages of the sales process, and ensure the proper performance of the service between the contracting parties. The Customer then acknowledges having read the T&Cs before ordering and the purchase of a service on the Site implies the Customer's unreserved acceptance of the Conditions.

​1. Terms of service

To place an order for a service, the customer must first contact Bluebird using the contact form available on the site or by email at vincentoccitanie@gmail.com

Bluebird will then contact the Customer via the chosen preferred means (videoconferencing platform, WhatsApp, Email). This contact is essential for the successful completion of the trip and the personalized guide as well as for the quote corresponding to the Customer's request. After this contact, an estimate will be sent within 72 hours, in order to validate the price of the service.

MyTravelBook and MyTravelBook 4U:

Bluebird undertakes to send the personalized travel guide by email in PDF format within a delivery period of 7 to 10 working days after receipt of proof of payment from the Customer.

At the request of the Bluebird customer, offers the possibility of modifying the personalized travel guide twice. Any additional changes will be subject to a new billing estimate.

The Customer makes reservations for transport, accommodation and activities offered himself and according to his final choices. When possible, the reservation links will be indicated in clickable hypertext links (blue and underlined) in order to facilitate the reservation.

As soon as the personalized guide and reservation links have been sent, the Customer will reserve the services of his choice. Bluebird cannot be held responsible for a change in price or availability on the suggestions sent. Bluebird will check availability when the guide is sent, but cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for unavailability and cancellations made by a service provider.

*Bluebird offers transport alternatives to get between the customer's place of residence and the place of departure of the proposed stay.

2. Rates

The selling prices of the services available on the Site are expressed in euros, all taxes included (TTC). The price is based on 2 people, for each additional person an amount of 10 euros will be applied to the price indicated in the “Formulas” category of the Site.

​The price includes the search service (transport, accommodation, activities, advice and/or tips) as well as the Customer's personalized travel guide in PDF format.

3. Methods of payment, delivery, execution of the contract and withdrawal periods

After receipt of the estimate, i.e. within 48 hours of the first meeting, the Client undertakes to pay for the service within 10 days. Bluebird reminds that the personalized travel guide (MyTravelBook) will be sent within 7 to 10 working days after receipt of proof of payment. Bluebird offers the Customer 2 payment options to choose from:

Bluebird offers the “MyTravelBook 4U” Gift Card products on its website. The products are available in digital and paper format (see section 2 for prices).

​Gift cards are credited with the amount of nights spent in Ireland, depending on the number of days to be planned (see table in section 2.Rates)

​Gift cards include: finding transport, accommodation, activities, on-site advice. They do not include: payment for services to be paid for such as accommodation, transport, activities and other services to be paid on site. The beneficiary of the gift card undertakes to reserve the services offered on his logbook. Bluebird gift cards will not be credited with an additional amount to allow the reservation of these services.

​The Customer undertakes to explain to the Beneficiary the conditions and services of Bluebird.

​The delivery times for the road book remain the same as for the Travel Planner service from the first contact by the Beneficiary.
